If you are thinking about setting up a Trust for a relative effected by mental illness you should seek legal advice. The Legal Services Agency (LSA) is a registered charity in Scotland and provide mental health legal services including advising on mental health and financial matters. Or use the STEP or Law Society of Scotland on-line directory of solicitors to find a local solicitor who deals with Wills and Trusts.
